The best thing about riding a bike around the city is that you discover new neighborhoods, sometimes even fun new spots in neighborhoods you know well. The other weekend I discovered the cutest little coffee house in Andersonville across from an amazingly curated antique shop {Roost}.

I love this post! This is what my Summer has been all about!!!!!!! I must now ride and find this ROOST store! (Although from the looks of it, it is probably better if i have a car! Look great!)
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to find ROOST! I'm moving to Chicago this weekend! (!!) There are so many great 20 something Chicago bloggers! Love reading your blog : )
ReplyDeleteooo fun! i need to go there! anderson is a bit of a ride for me.. im still a little nervous to go on super busy streets with the bike. xoxo jillian:: cornflake dreams
ReplyDeleteI stopped in once last fall - their nutella hot chocolate is amazing!
ReplyDeleteYUM! That sounds amazing!
ReplyDeleteIs that more north on Clark? We used to live in Andersonville, and I hated that the main coffee options were Starbucks and that kind of weird traveler's cafe. This looks much better! I'm in Lincoln Square, so A-ville would be an easy bike ride. This is my first summer with a bike, and I agree it's soooo fun to go exploring with it!
ReplyDeleteIt is more north on Clark - closer to Edgewater. I live in Lincoln Square too and it was a nice little ride.
