Cooking with Gwyneth

I recently purchased Gwyneth Paltrow: My Father's Daughter and can not wait to dive into some of these dishes. Not to mention, the photography and simple tableware is gorgeous. The concept is simple food, simply presented - my kind of book.

Speaking of simple deliciousness, Sunday night I made mussels and artichokes with some Manchego cheese with homemade roasted garlic olive oil and baguette to snack on. I love a dinner you can linger over, taking time to eat slowly and enjoy your company. I also love garlic - which there was a lot of...

  1. I always figured her cookbook would be so overly complicated you'd need a chef to make it for you. Let us know how her dishes turn out!

  2. Those mussels look delicious! I can't wait to get Gwyneth's book and try all the recipes!

  3. I was skeptical about this celeb cookbook, but I've heard good things so far! Also, your mussels and artichoke dinner looks amazing. I love those kind of dinners you can linger over, and the more garlic the better :)
