I recently moved into a condo with my long time boyfriend and am experiencing the trials and tribulations of designing with a boy in the house. Our kitchen wall has been painted, re-painted and is now primed again. Spring Fashion Faves

I have finally accepted the idea that Spring is right around the corner. As a Chicagoan, I remained skeptical for a while. So, in light of the warmest day of the season, I've chosen some Spring fashion items I'm loving right now.

The precious driving moccasin with bow is J. Crew, as is the one shoulder Poplin Bridget dress, the vintage zebra stripe skirt and the Marquee satchel. The ballet flats are Cole Haan.

Accessorizing with White

People don't often think of white as an accessory color. I love this look of layering items of white in all different textures, shapes and sizes.

Wedding Trend: Classic Glass Jars

As a former Assistant to a wedding planner, I have love for all things wedding decor and simple floral arrangements. Recently, I've seen these glass apothecary jars popping up everywhere, and I love them!

Live Creating Yourself

I've recently come across (and become obsessed with) a blog called Live Creating Yourself. Alaina is absolutely brilliant. This past week she reupholstered a chair in her living room. Inspired by the outcome, I've decided to attack an ottoman in my home office armed with fabric and a staple gun. More to come. Wish me luck!
